IN MEMORY OF GREAT KIM JONG IL

On December 17, 2011, the leader of the DPRK, outstanding statesman and politician of the late twentieth and early twenty-first century passed away suddenly, after having for more than 20 years led the life of the country, and managed in a short time to do so much that the country under him not only defended its sovereignty in a severe economic, political and media blockade imposed by the United States and its satellites, but also did not allow the U.S. to ignite the fire of a new world war, starting in Northeast Asia.
Under the leadership of Great Kim Jong Il, according to his plan of restructuring the economy in the interests of the people, and not having sufficient arable land (due to the mountainous topography of the surface of North Korea), the DPRK was able to:
- create highly mechanized agriculture to re-cultivated crop lands
- master a vast territory of salt marshes previously unsuitable for agriculture
- introduce new varieties of agriculture crops,
- set up fruit farms on the slopes of hills and mountains,
- develop grazing and build goat farms,
- Organized commercial fisheries of highly valuable species of fish, and more.
Thanks to the leadership of Great Kim Jong Il, the country had largely solved the food problem, having becoming fully independent from the supply of food from abroad.
Huge transformations have been carried out in industry, both in heavy industry (in particular - the production of steel by a new technology, developed by Korean scientists), and in light, chemical and other industries.
Under Kim Jong-Il, a powerful energy base was created by way of the construction of a mass of hydro-power plants on small rivers as well as on artificial reservoirs.
Kim Jong-Il lived for the people, tirelessly working for their benefit, for continuous improvement to housing in both urban and rural cooperatives. The issue of housing today in the DPRK has been completely solved by the state – every family lives in a comfortable separate apartment (or house), and newlyweds receive the keys to a new apartment if they wish to live separately from the older generation. The issue of universal compulsory secondary education has been completely solved, and all students receive a state grant and free food within the walls of a university, and children attend pre-school or comfortable kindergartens free of charge as all costs undertaken by the state. At a high level, with the latest achievements in world medicine, using medical equipment and the latest generation of national traditional Korean medicine, great advances have been made in the field of health. Great attention is paid to the environment (Korean towns and cities are the cleanest in the world according to the degree of air pollution, especially with regard to Pyongyang).
The armed forces, the flesh of the people created by the Great Leader and fostered by Great Kim Jong-Il, not only vigilantly guard over the peaceful labour of the DPRK citizens, but also actively participate in the creation of the future of society.
But in our view, one of the main issues successfully solved thanks to the leadership of Great Kim Jong-Il, has been the development in aerospace research and the launching of satellites into space. Thanks to the wise leadership of Great Kim Jong Il, the DPRK has become a world nuclear power. Thus now, the possibility of pre-emptive nuclear strike on the DPRK by the U.S. has been removed, which the Americans constantly threatened the DPRK with during the 60 years since the ending of the Great Fatherland Liberation War of 1950-1953, which ended in defeat for the United States. The successful launch of the Earth satellite on 12 December 2012 produced a shock in the Western world and scared the instigators of a new world war who suddenly became aware of the new opportunities of the DPRK – to have the ability to crushingly deflect or, more precisely, to prevent any new provocations or threats against the DPRK on their part. Evil, sooner or later, is always punished, Master Imperialists!
The launch of the Earth space satellite was carried out using a ballistic long-range missile on the 100th anniversary of the Great Leader Comrade KIM IL SUNG. Great KIM JONG IL wanted this and worked towards it.
It is very difficult to list everything great that was created or done under Kim Jong-Il thanks to his Leadership and his high sense of patriotism. His sudden departure from life is a great loss not only to the DPRK. Great love to him by the people was expressed in the fact that he is now eternally the General Secretary of the Workers’ Party of Korea (WPK) – the leading and guiding force of socialist construction. Thus Great Kim Jong Il forever remains in the ranks of the WPK.
Today, the country continues its steady path forward, implementing the plans of Great Kim Jong-Il under his successor Kim Jong-Un, who has for already one year successfully been leading the state, always following the line of the Great Leader Comrade Kim Il Sung and Great Kim Jong Il. To be a successor to their cause is a great honour and an enormous responsibility.
The state recently passed a law on land management - a new step in the development of agriculture for a better quality food supply for the population and landscaping foothill arrays (environmental issues). Transformations have been initiated towards improving and expanding the general 12-year education for young people and enhancing their patriotic education to become worthy, competent successors to the Korean revolution.
Paying tribute deepest respect to the memory of Great Kim Jong-Il, his great work for the good of his people and the struggle to prevent the outbreak of a new world war by the empire of evil - the United States, we believe that all the initiatives and plans of Great Kim Jong Il will certainly be successfully implemented and the DPRK will become even more beautiful and more powerful. We sincerely wish success to Comrade KIM JONG UN.

With this outstanding victory we also celebrate the Armed Forces of the DPRK and the heroic Korean people!

There are NO LIMITS for the people of the DPRK in solving the most complex problems on the path of defending and developing your socialist fatherland, in the progressive movement towards creating a prosperous, happy socialist state.

Now let fear reside in the U.S. hawks who are still dreaming of victory over the DPRK. Now, the DPRK is able to inflict a nuclear strike on the U.S. West Coast, if ever necessary, with awesome power that now, of course, will be a strong deterrent to the gangster U.S. policy against the DPRK.

STATEMENT BY THE AUCPB

Statement by the Secretariat of the Central Committee of the

All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks

In connection with the situation on the Korean Peninsula

As you know, on February 23-24 in Beijing a third round of summit talks between the DPRK and the U.S. were held.

The United States reaffirmed their commitment to no longer be at odds with the DPRK and improve bilateral relations in a spirit of respect for sovereignty and equality and to take several measures to build confidence as one of the links in efforts to improve DPRK-US relations.

The U.S. promised to make efforts (only!) To provide 240 tons of food to the DPRK. (Russian proverb - the promised three-year wait.)

At the talks, the U.S. made it clear that their sanctions against the DPRK are not directed at the civilian sector, including the standard of living of the population (this means, the U.S. sanctions are aimed directly against the DPRK leadership, as was the case in Egypt, Iraq, Libya, now in Syria and Iran ...) In other words they are aimed at overthrowing the socialist system in the DPRK.

The DPRK at the talks, at the request of the United States, in the aims of maintaining a positive atmosphere for the Korean-US negotiations, decided on a moratorium on nuclear test launches of long-range missiles and uranium enrichment activities at Yongbyon and allow IAEA inspectors to monitor the freeze on its uranium enrichment program (? ? Did they believe their worst insidious enemy?).

After curtsies and smiles at the talks, the United States, probably through its "agreement" with the DPRK, obtained by deceit due to the honesty and trust of the Koreans, practically the next day began the "next scheduled" military exercises with South Korean troops. During the period of negotiations and before that, a huge number of American troops and their offensive weapons had already been relocated to South Korea. A large contingent of all South Korean troops put on alert that can be seen as preparation for the beginning of large-scale military aggression against the DPRK.

"The so-called joint military exercises" Key Resolve" and "Eagle" involve American troops stationed in South Korea, and a large contingent of reinforcements from the United States and the Pacific, as well as a huge number of attack means. Now, the whole South Korean land has gone into military readiness. There is now a forced hot atmosphere of a war of aggression against the North. "This is stated in the Statement of the Representative of the DPRK and the NDC Foreign Ministry of the DPRK statement late February of this year. Thus, not shrinking from anything, the Americans have ignored all the agreements reached in Beijing.

In conjunction with the military exercises, the South Korean side launched foul information-ideological propaganda campaign, which includes an insult and a mockery of the Supreme Leadership of the DPRK. The people of the DPRK are angered at the South Korean vicious, offensive information-ideological campaign.

The Statement of the DPRK Supreme Command on February 25, states that "... we will wage a merciless holy war of our type in order to wipe out a clique of traitors. The holy war of our type, based on physical strikes, will continue as long as the clique of traitors has not completely removed all traces of the insults to our highest dignity ... "

Our dear Korean friends! Is it worth responding so strongly to the weakness and wickedness on the part of the pro-American huskies, as Lee Myung-bak and his entourage? Swearing has always been and is a sign of WEAKNESS, and not STRENGTH. YOUR STRENGTH, our dear Korean friends, lies in YOUR possession of nuclear weapons. You are publicly recognized by the U.S. as a global nuclear power. As long as you own nuclear weapons, carry out nuclear research and develop nuclear technology - you keep your independence, autonomy and your own chosen by the people, path of historical development. Great KIM JONG IL was able to stand even "tougher" historical situations. Remember, at least three years of consecutive drought and consecutive three-year torrential rains that destroyed much of the already small arable land in the DPRK. Great Kim Jong Il carried out restructuring of arable land, mechanized agriculture, and got out of the emergency.

Now, there is little doubt that the terrible disasters in the DPRK that period were caused by American "scientists" - who studied the influence of laser effects on the uppermost layers of the atmosphere. The U.S. leadership is made up of a bunch of lunatics who are ready to destroy the entire world for the sake of an imaginary, already slipping away from them primacy in the economy and politics, yet retain their status due to an insane number of military bases around the world and who have taken aim at everything in living humanity. Regarding the dirty insinuations and insults against the Supreme Leadership of the DPRK, we consider this as a desire by the Americans to provoke the DPRK into starting first any military action, as was the firing on the island of Yeonpyeong. Americans desperately need to provoke the DPRK to begin FIRST attack South Koreans. The mousetrap is set up and the U.S. is impatiently waiting for results.

We wish You as always, to firmly and confidently, united around the Party and its leadership, to boldly go forward along the path outlined by the great leader Kim Jong Il, forward under the banner of Juche! You are sure to win. Because you are heroic people. No concessions to the treacherous aggressor - the U.S. and their running dogs. Only forward, sweeping away from the path the stupid dog barks to the accompaniment of U.S. writers. And, like the famous proverb - dogs bark, but the caravan MOVES ON!

We wish the selfless hard-working people of the DPRK new successes in building a prosperous socialist state under the leadership of the WPK and the supreme leader Kim Jong UN. So it will be, because it is a historical necessity.

Comment about the information in the press about the Summit held in Beijing, the third round of DPRK-US talks (23-24 February 2012) and representative of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK Statement dated February 25, on the aggravation of the situation on the Korean peninsula.

We note with satisfaction that the policy of the current Supreme leadership in the DPRK after the death of Great Kim Jong Il remains the same: to defend the independence, sovereignty and independence, provided by the existing high level of training and equipment of the KPA. The firm determination to defend Korean style socialism characterises the NDC Statement, and that there can be no talk about any concessions! And at the same time - carrying out the policy of preserving peace on the Korean Peninsula through coercion of the U.S. leadership to conduct equal negotiations: the complete equality of the parties, the effective recognition of the sovereignty of the DPRK, addressing the root issues of relations between the DPRK and the U.S..

We fully support the policies of the successor to Kim Jong Il, the Great People's leader Kim Jong UN and wish success in moving the country towards building a prosperous socialist state.

FEBRUARY 16 MARKS THE 70TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE GREAT LEADER COMRADE KIM JONG IL

This day is a public holiday in the DPRK Unfortunately, the great Kim Jong Il did not live until his 70th birthday.

The DPRK said goodbye to its beloved leader on December 17, 2011. Deep mourning and grief and sincere expression of love of the people for their prematurely deceased great leader spread throughout the country and lasted for more than 10 days. He died on a whilst working, heading to the inspection of one of the remote parts of the army.

But life goes on, no matter how sad it is to think that someone is no longer with us. Today, in the DPRK it was said: "Each of the Koreans, with tears vowed:" General Kim Jong Il is alive forever in our hearts! ".

Twenty years of leadership of the country under the Great Kim Jong Il's DPRK was marked by a powerful thrust forward in all spheres of society. During these years the country has reached a level of highly industrialized nations, and in some areas ahead of some European industrial countries. The past two decades has been to the DPRK unprecedented in the history of the Korean nation, not only a period of a rapid flourishing economy, science and culture, but also of strengthening the strategic power of the state and the armed forces, the creation of nuclear weapons, which, whatever anyone says, put an end to blatant, vile provocation and the constant blackmail from the United States on the implementation of preventive nuclear war against the DPRK.

Kim Jong Il warmly loved the people, shared with them the grief and joy, put his whole soul and tireless energy into the building of a powerful and prosperous state, to improve the welfare of the population. What other country in the world can boast of providing its people with highly skilled universal free medical care, 11 years free universal education, of building a huge and permanent housing stock to the provision of every Korean family free of charge, at public expense, separate comfortable apartments in the cities villages?

Kim Jong Il worked very hard. He always made inspection trips to personally get acquainted with the situation on the shock construction sites, military departments, research institutes, the agricultural cooperatives, was always interested in life of working people and doing everything to improve the organization of their work and life. Thanks to the intense activity of Kim Jong Il directly under his leadership, the people of boiling passion, performed miracles, and the construction of major industrial enterprises and mining complexes incomprehensible in a short time with high quality facilities handed over, the development of new technologies, some of which are much higher than European counterparts. Especially dazzling rapid is the construction of the hydroelectric project of the century Anbenskoy "Youth", the timing of construction and commissioning of large Hichhonskoy HPS, a new fruit-growing economy combined area of more than 1,000 hectares under Pyongyang, fruit processing plant, equipped with cutting-edge technologies, grid-plant construction pig farms, ostrich farms, the factories of the Far East breeding turtles and much, much more. Kim Jong Il as a true and talented Supreme Commander fully rearmed the Korean People's Army with modern military equipment and modern electronic equipment, significantly raised the level of military and political training in the Armed Forces of the country. "To fight for the happiness of the people is one of the most important tasks of the KPA." "Everything - for the defence of the Motherland, and for the construction of socialism - we will take care of!" – such is the slogan of military. Therefore, participation in the legendary army of construction of the century, the development of agricultural production and construction of the monumental works of Korean architects – is a natural situation for the KPA.

Kim Jong Il performed his oath which he made when he was a student at the university of Kim Il Sung: "I praise you, Korea!". If earlier, many in the world did not even know where Korea was located, the DPRK today is at the centre of attention of any politician and statesman of the world. Through the work of the International Institute for the Study of the Juche idea, the life of the people in DPRK is known in all countries and corners of the earth. Diplomatic relations over the past 20 years have been established with an overwhelming majority of the planet. In a hostile imperialist world, diverse permanent provocation for half a century by the United States and its satellites, a brutal 60-year-old economic blockade, DPRK has not flinched, has not broken. On the contrary, it has only intensified. Only the DPRK, has been the only one among all the countries of East and West - both large and small - only a DPRK led by Kim Jong Il - an outstanding thinker and theoretician, consummate talented organizer, a great military leader - DPRK, creating a nuclear shield has not allowed to turn the Korean peninsula into a centre of a nuclear world war. Thus we can assume that DPRK has won the frontal confrontation with the U.S. - political, diplomatic and military, too, one of the all countries able to withstand the global imperialist madness and stand as an example to other strong states and politicians who fell from the armed aggression of the United States.

Having developed in depth the Songun idea, rooted in the Juche idea, Kim Jong Il put forward the Songun politics as the main way of doing politics under socialism, which led to the victory of the DPRK on all fronts of the struggle for socialism. Songun politics has given the progressive people of the world a powerful ideological and theoretical weapon that allows a triumphant advance in the cause of socialism in all situations and harsh conditions.

The monolithic formed Korean society, the unity of the Leader, the Party, army and people have become an impregnable stronghold for any aggressor.

Kim Jong Il has opened a new chapter in the unification of Korea. The adoption of the historic Joint Declaration of the North and South, June 15 (2000) and the Declaration of October 4 (2007) marked the beginning of the era of grand unification on June 15, when the realized ideal of "by our nation." Today all the Koreans are full of passionate desire to thoroughly implement the adopted North-South Declaration in any difficult situations and make sure of the independent reunification of the country.

At the initiative of Kim Jong Il in April 1992, "Defending and moving forward the cause of socialism," the Pyongyang Declaration was published which led to a rise in the world socialist and national liberation movements.

And there is no force on earth that could block the path of the Korean people in building a prosperous socialist state united nation.

In Pyongyang, the capital of the DPRK, on the banks of the River Taedong, stands the brightly lit red unquenchable torch of the Juche Idea, crowning a magnificent monumental creation - the world's highest stone tower in the 170 meters, lined with more than 250 slabs of rare and valuable stone, sent by the heads of States, political and public figures, the adherents of the Juche idea of 82 countries of the world (opened in April 1982).

The successor of Kim Jong Il - Deputy Chairman of the Central Military Committee of the WPK, the KPA Supreme Commander Kim Jong-Un is the successor of the Great Leader, as the Supreme Head of the Party, army and people. Today the Korean people, are honoring the memory of the Great Kim Jong Il, an oath - to the end to implement his ideas and work.

"We will with our hearts, are faithful to the leadership of General Kim Jong Un - just as to our Commander Kim Jong Il! .." - now say Koreans.

The memory of a prominent politician, military leader and theorist, thinker, scientist, organizer and builder of socialism, Great Kim Jong-il will forever live in the hearts of the progressive people of the world.
